WorkSource Oregon Sales Manager in Medford, Oregon

SALES MANAGER Southern OR Base wage $15.00 per hr. plus Bonuses and some commissioned lines of service Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Business to business sales representing multiple lines of business services (not insurance) in the southern Oregon region. Phone conversations, internet, database input and reports management, email quoting and in-person cold calling are all regular aspects of this position. Face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients, bringing in new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships is a large part of this position. Must work well under pressure and deadlines, be able to prepare and submit bids and negotiate contracts. Sales Manager works closely with the executive team and requires leadership and consistent performance in the field as well as in the office. Management is looking for a team player that knows how to lead by example and has the drive to help this small business achieve its aggressive growth initiative. Successful candidates will be confident in their own abilities to present themselves in a consistently professional manner in every possible way, including through written and verbal communications. Public Speaking and group presentation experience helpful. Attend and contribute to regular business and community association group meetings for networking and community service. MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point experience preferred. Technical understanding strongly preferred, social media familiarity appreciated. Must be able to drive your own self-respecting vehicle to and from sales calls in the local metro. Send a letter of interest with your resume.
