As the Supervisor of Clinical Nursing, you will:

  • Assist the Manager of Clinical Nursing in the supervision of nursing services at Springbrook site.

  • Maintain the ability to asses critical care needs of patients and formulate and implement care plans

  • Providing for nursing care and administration of medications and treatments.

  • Serve as Infection Control Officer, assess needs for intervention, develop care strategies, and implement the Infection Control Plan for Springbrook campus.

  • Assist the Manager of Clinical Nursing in making recommendations to address organization-wide infection control risks and provide quarterly infection control summaries for the health and medicine team, the national health services team.

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field study

  • Associate Degree in Nursing

  • Nursing or other leadership/supervision experience

  • Two yrs experience in addiction related nursing practice

  • Minimum 2 yrs freedom from chemical use problems

  • Must not have had a felony conviction or have been incarcerated as a result of a felony

  • Current CPR/AED certification

  • Current RN license

Preferred

  • Certification in Addictions Nursing (CARN) or 30 hrs CD assessment training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
