As the Supervisor of Clinical Nursing, you will:
Assist the Manager of Clinical Nursing in the supervision of nursing services at Springbrook site.
Maintain the ability to asses critical care needs of patients and formulate and implement care plans
Providing for nursing care and administration of medications and treatments.
Serve as Infection Control Officer, assess needs for intervention, develop care strategies, and implement the Infection Control Plan for Springbrook campus.
Assist the Manager of Clinical Nursing in making recommendations to address organization-wide infection control risks and provide quarterly infection control summaries for the health and medicine team, the national health services team.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field study
Associate Degree in Nursing
Nursing or other leadership/supervision experience
Two yrs experience in addiction related nursing practice
Minimum 2 yrs freedom from chemical use problems
Must not have had a felony conviction or have been incarcerated as a result of a felony
Current CPR/AED certification
Current RN license
Certification in Addictions Nursing (CARN) or 30 hrs CD assessment training
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
