EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: *High School Diploma or GED equivalent with vocational/technical coursework in facilities/building maintenance/repair or combination of education and experience that provides journey-level work across multiple trades. *Experience in a healthcare environment or setting, preferred. *3-5 years of finish/rough/framing commercial/residential carpentry and painting experience. *Computer literacy with working knowledge of computerized facilities maintenance management systems (Zendesk), work processing, and records management, highly desirable *Experience with working in one or more of the journey-level maintenance or construction trades: carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, machine and equipment repair, required. *Experience with building maintenance, preventative maintenance, landscaping schedules and tasks. *Experience in multiple phases of construction such as reading blueprints, framing, finish, drywall, painting, tile or carpet work, concrete, etc. *Federal, state, local laws, codes and regulations related to areas of assignment. *Advanced ability to read and interpret building plans/drawings/specifications *Working knowledge with Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical problems, preferred. *Willingness to work a flexible schedule when circumstances necessitate. *Demonstrate ability to learn and maintain appropriate technical skills to effective support the electronic records system and/or other reporting platforms i.e. maintenance management systems. *Valid Oregon Driver's License. **FULL LIST OF REQUIREMENTS AVAILABLE ON EMPLOYER WEBSITE** LICENSURES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT: *OSHA training(s) obtained with 6 months of hire and recertify prior to expiration date. *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Comprehensive training class completed within 6 months of hire, and recertify prior to expiration date. *Current American Health Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Card (BLS) within 6 months of hire, and recertify prior to expiration date. *Mandatory Trainings for Organization and Advanced Health compliance completed within 3 months of hire, no later than 6 months, and recertify prior to expiration date.
