Lifeways is currently seeking a Full-time Supervisor to provide services for our inpatient recovery center in Ontario, OR. POSITION SUMMARY: The Lifeways Recovery Center Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for ensuring that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Lifeways, Inc. Experienced residential care supervisor who directs operations for Lifeways Recovery Center (LRC), a 30-bed inpatient/social detox substance use disorder treatment program located in Ontario, Oregon. This position is responsible for the clinical supervision and professional development of SUD clinicians and residential associates. Will provide all managerial duties in alignment with agency's policies and procedures. Will compile and present all data required to assist in budgeting, staffing, training, daily census, organizational, and operational needs. This position will ensure a positive working relation with all community resources, referrals, and partners. The LRC Supervisor will ultimately be responsible for providing and promoting an overall positive environment for client success in their recovery efforts. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: The supervisor is responsible for leading the treatment interventions and supervising/scheduling of staff at our 24-hour facility.
