Description

Role and duties:

Develop, implement, and support technology strategies, action plans and procedures for Sales and Merchandising operations across Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) and associated territories. Deliver technology solutions to support strategies of APLA geography. Lead cross functional teams at APLA’s headquarters and at APLA territories to ensure business partners' requirements are met. Create project requirements documentation for business and technology teams at local and global level. Identify issues, lead test efforts, validate results, and implement solutions during project implementation. Align solutions for system enhancement opportunities with business strategies. 10% travel required, including international travel.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Consultant, IT Functional Lead, or similar position.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.

  1. Lead technology insights on commercial and reporting platforms in at least 4 of the following territories: Pacific (Australia and New Zealand); Korea; Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia); India; SOCO (Southern cone of South America - Argentina, Chile and Uruguay); Brazil; Mexico; or Latin Partners (Peru, Ecuador);

  2. Implementing technology strategies to include country-specific legal and statutory requirements related to Supply Chain, Merchandising and Sales across APLA;

  3. Delivering projects on time across at least 5 of the following functional teams: Sales, Digital, Order Management, Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, or Technology;

  4. Working with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems for a global organization insights and solutions;

  5. Implementing business capability processes and system functionality with regard to sales, commercial enterprise, online, seamless, visual assortments, order entry, salesforce management, and reverse logistics; and business to business (B2B);

  6. Providing solution delivery for reporting visualization and BI reports; and

  7. Developing business and technology strategies for new and existing solutions within APLA. Ensuring alignment with Global standards.

All experience, skills and requirements may be gained concurrently.
