Requirements: 1.Report to work on time, properly groomed and wearing the appropriate uniform and smile. 2.Bus and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner. 3.Pre-bus tables and refill guest's beverages regularly. 4.Take bus tubs to dish drop regularly. 5.Empty garbage cans at bus stations before they become too heavy to carry or overflow. 6.Keep ice full in server alley and at server stations. 7.Perfom 20-minute restroom checks (including employee restroom). 8.Assist servers as requested. 9.Correctly advise guests regarding our daily specials, hours of operation, events, etc. 10.Communicate with Host/Hostess/Manager and servers regarding tables available for seating. 11.Correctly present menus to newly seated guests. 12.Perform extra duties as assigned. 13.Maintain organization & cleanliness in your work area. 14.Maintain professionalism when communicating with guests and co-workers. Position also requires the following abilities: Prolonged standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping for a period of 8 hours or more. Lifting 50 pounds over head height, balancing 30# at shoulder height, climbing, and reaching. Job: 1.Clear table of all dishes, glassware, silverware, and garbage. (Use trays at all times.) Bring white towel to table along with tray. 2.Move all condiment bottles and table tents aside, wipe the table under them and the splash board, walls and windowsill behind. 3.Make sure all condiments bottles, salt & pepper shakers, and the table tents are clean and free of food splatters and grease. 4.Refill condiments as needed: salt, pepper, vinegar, ketchup, sugar catties and mustard. 5.Wipe table entirely, chairs, seats/booth benches, high chairs and booster seats. 6.Pick up any garbage under the tables. Sweep if necessary (don't pass it up, pick it up.) Hours vary per employer need, 20-40 per week.
