Lifeways is currently seeking a Full-time Clinical Supervisor to provide services for our Children's Team in Pendleton, OR. Key Responsibilities: - Must ensure compliance with federal, state, and interagency regulations, and assists staff in ensuring adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements surrounding treatment of adult individuals who have a mental illness. - Ensure compliance with any specialized programs or contracts. - Ensure staff is oriented to the requirements of the day-to-day details of the job; ensures efficient staffing; approves time and overtime; ensure staff receive mandatory and job-related training. - Model and enforce Lifeways' policies and procedures in a fair manner. - Must model the culture of excellent customer service as adapted by Lifeways, as well as Lifeways Mission Statement and Core Values. - Provide leadership and strong dedication to developing and delivering evidence-based services and support for individuals with mental illness and individuals with co-occurring disorders. - Provide leadership and oversight on outcome and program performance measures as defined internally and externally. - Assist clinicians with their professional development planning, provide timely and constructive feedback, as well as conduct performance evaluation as scheduled. - Meets with clinicians at least 2 hours per month, with one hour of in-person contact. - Observe treatment including individual and group sessions and gives constructive feedback to improve clinicians' ability provide treatment. - Write comprehensive reports each month to include file review, face time with each clinician, and the treatment observed. Provide any information deemed noteworthy and trainings attended by clinicians. - Foster effective team work and communication between all team members and co-workers - Contribute to client care; carrying a reduced caseload - May perform other duties and special assignment as assigned
