Lifeways is currently seeking a full-time Crisis Supervisor for our Pendleton location ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job: - Must ensure compliance with federal, state, and interagency regulations - Model and enforce Lifeways' policies and procedures in a fair manner - Must model the culture of excellent customer service as adapted by Lifeways, as well as Lifeways Mission Statement and Core Values. - Provide leadership and strong dedication to developing and delivering evidence-based services and support for individuals with mental illness and individuals with co-occurring disorders. - Provide leadership and oversight on outcome and program performance measures as defined internally and externally. - Observe, supervise, and assist clinicians on duty. - Assist clinicians with their professional development planning, provide timely and constructive feedback, as well as conduct performance evaluations as scheduled. - Meet with clinicians at least 2 hours per month, with at least one hour of individual supervision. - Observe crisis assessment interactions and give constructive feedback to improve their ability to provide crisis services. - Create trainings and training documents for all Crisis Team members. - Write comprehensive reports each month to include file review, face time with each clinician, and the treatment observed. Provide any information deemed noteworthy and trainings attended by clinicians. - Complete Investigator Training and perform functions of Director's Designee including placing holds, filing related court paperwork, conducting commitment investigations and testifying in court. - Complete Community Restoration Evaluations on Aid & Assist clients as requested. - Complete monthly crisis schedules and assist/run monthly team meetings. - Foster effective team work and communication between all members. - May perform other duties and special tasks as assigned. -
