Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in youth development, volunteer development, education, family sciences, leadership, management, communications, or a closely related field; degree must be complete at time of application. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member with other professionals. Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with adult volunteers. Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with youth 5-19 years of age. Demonstrated ability to lead groups and to plan, organize, evaluate, manage, resolve conflicts and delegate details associated with program management. Technology management including the ability to use computers, including proficiency with word processing and data management programs. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity and inclusion, and ability to successfully engage with diverse populations in a culturally responsible manner.
