BRIDGE Housing Corporation Assistant Manager in Portland, Oregon
BRIDGE Housing strengthens communities by developing, owning and managing high quality affordable homes for working families and seniors. We are looking for a highly organized Assistant Manager to support operations at one of our properties in Portland, OR.
As an effective Assistant Manager, you have a great eye for detail, good judgement, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for supporting the Resident Manager and acting as their representative in their absence. This property serves families.
Perform administrative duties such as copying, filing, distributing mail and answering phones
Coordinate maintenance and janitorial tasks with staff
Provide customer service to residents
Maintain resident files and assist with recertification process
In absence of manager, act as primary tenant liaison and coordinate service requests
Assist manager with tasks regarding vacancies, rent collections, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency
Great communication skills - bilingual preferred
Able to transport 10 pounds
Experience with residential housing/leasing a plus
