Basic Function: Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to the Parker Service Center
Scope/Supervision: Works closely supporting customer service and other department personnel, and on a limited basis customers, under the guidance of the Customer Service lead person and Office Supervisor.
Essential Functions: • Enter orders • Verify & proof order entry for accuracy • Allocate customer orders daily • Print, fax and distribute facility reports • Input inventory receivers • Answer telephone calls and reception • Perform filing and labeling duties as assigned • Sort & File orders shipped daily • Invoicing • Print, proof, stamp and highlight allocated orders for production • Process and distribute Priority orders with urgency • Complete monthly Audit Trail for incomplete shipments
Requirements: • High school graduate, college degree preferred • Previous experience with Mainframe system, Email and PC data entry • Previous clerical support experience, including data entry • Good telephone skills • Good organizational skills • Must be detail orientated and produce a high quality product • Must be self motivated and able to work independently • Must be a good team player and understand providing support service to co-workers • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment • Must convey a professional image with a positive attitude
Skills: • Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric. • Must be detail oriented. • Strong keyboarding skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong customer orientation • Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent editing skills/proofreading
