Under direct supervision, facilitate the onboarding of Core and Consultant candidates and act as point of contact for their concerns as new hires.


  • Communicate effectively with core new hires, consultants, internal departments, and clients.

  • Respond to, and forward as necessary, employment concerns for core and consultant candidates and new hires within Firm s various business lines and offices.

  • Review requirements within Client contracts and ensure all requirements are appropriately addressed in the Firm s onboarding systems.

  • Facilitate completion of all required employment paperwork, background checks, drug screens, I9s and other pre-employment checks, in accordance with Client and Firm requirements.

  • Ensure pre-employment checks are done within Firm standards and in compliance with both local and federal employment law.

  • Provide new hire orientation by phone to include time entry processes, benefits overview, w4 instructions, direct deposit instructions, and general payroll overview during first week of employment.

  • Answer and respond to incoming support calls or emails in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

  • Resolve consultant and core employee onboarding issues or concerns with the highest level of customer service.

  • Maintain filing and record storage systems related to core employee, client, consultant, and local vendor information.

  • Ensure accurate setup of consultant placement information in Recruitmax by effectively validating information with Sales and Delivery teams,

  • Facilitate Core and Consultant onboarding and maintain documentation through the use of appropriate Firm and third party systems.

  • Identify operation deficiencies and/or procedural gaps and recommend solutions.

  • Associate s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Experience in the staffing industry and/or reviewing contract requirements strongly preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Visio preferred.
