Electrical Assembly

Imagine working on the front lines of innovation! Randstad is currently looking for Assemblers for our valued client in NE Portland. 40+ hours per week, set schedule, comfortable working environment, and opportunity for growth/advancement.

Shift: DAY with occasional overtime. Pay Rate: starting $16/hour

Responsibilities

-Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics in accordance to work instructions.

-Build and assemble control panels to customer specifications.

-utilization of a hand scanner for inventory related purposes.

-Crimp, cut, and strip wire.

-Utilize basic hand tools to complete work.

-Run Wire Bundles from Scratch and Landing both ends.

-Identify Wire Color and Size and Voltage

-Labeling, tracking, heat shrinking, sealing, and measuring.

-Other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Electronic Assembling (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Electronic Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Schematic Drawing (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Wire Harness (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Wire Cutting (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Mechanical Assembling (1 year of experience is preferred)

• High School
