We are working with a property management company located in NW Portland, and are helping them to find Full-Charge Bookkeeper for a temporary position that has the possibility of turning into a Full-Time role. Your responsibilities in this role include:

• Tracking fixed assets to produce depreciation schedules

• Completing bank and general ledger reconciliations; processing payroll

• Completing monthly, quarterly, and year end close, on time and in an accurate manner

• Preparing the trial balance and financial statements, including, but not limited to, balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections

• Preserving historical records through accurate filing of documents

Requirements

• Must be familiar with AP, AR, Payroll and Financial Statement prep

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Online is required, the client does not have time to train on this
