Providence Housing Development Associate Project Manager PSJH in Portland, Oregon
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Housing Development Associate Project Manager PSJH to one of our locations in WA, CA or OR. This position is flexible for remote work.
We are seeking a Housing Development Project Manager PSJH who will provide critical project management and technical support to a team of affordable housing development professionals. The candidate selected for this position will be expected to manage multiple projects at a time, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and learn quickly as exposed to housing finance programs, real estate development practices, and project management tools.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Research and analysis for potential development sites and properties.
Collect, track and review project due diligence materials.
Prepare project feasibility studies.
Monitor and track project predevelopment and construction budgets.
Participate in financial closings.
Prepare and monitor development budgets, and project development cash schedules.
Support in securing private debt and equity financing.
Prepare financing applications for public funding sources.
Maintain records of project meetings.
Coordinate and communicate project progress and objectives with external and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate Requests for Proposals and other development processes.
Review and present change orders to the development team and track budget adjustments.
Collaborate with operations and support lease-up of new buildings.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
2 years experience with affordable housing finance, supportive housing and/or real estate development concepts through relevant work experience in project management, policy, design, financial analysis, or urban planning.
High level organizational skills and experience in managing budgets, schedules and teams on complex projects.
Strong decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
