This program provides a challenging and rewarding educational experience, allowing students to assist with audit work and special projects.The Internal Audit Intern may assist with:• Gathering and assembling data related to internal process and controls• Preparing workpapers and testing matrices for MAR testing and/or audits• Performing MAR control testing (similar to SOX) and documenting results• Performing audit procedures, including developing criteria and identifying and defining issues • Identifying and documenting internal control or audit issues and recommendations for improvement • Drafting audit memos, reports, policies and procedures• Departmental administrative tasks• Related work as assigned by Internal Audit Management
This position is an unpaid, part-time internship, with flexibility around hours. Candidate needs to be able to sit for extended periods of time. Internship will last approximately 3 months, June – August, but start and end dates are flexible.

• be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university
• be enrolled full time for the Fall 2018 semester.
• have completed a minimum of two years of Undergraduate study in a related field (ex. Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.)
• possess a minimum 3.0 cumulative undergraduate grade point average
• be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
