What You Will Be Doing

Improving equipment or machine performance through efficient and effective proactive maintenance, timely problem solving, and equipment improvements

Performing asset life cycle costing analysis for recommended machine rebuilds and replacements

Facilitating and using Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to develop proactive maintenance strategies and tactics

Providing technical expertise to the maintenance service team while acting as a resource to improve technical skills and system troubleshooting methods

What You Need for this Position

At Least 2 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Electrical/Mechanical maintenance strategies and tactics

  • Troubleshooting mechanical systems and process controls

  • PLC

  • Automation and robotics

  • Reliability Centered Maintenance

  • Failure Mode Effects Analysis
