The purpose of this position is to provide vital clerical and operational support for the School of Art + Design. This position supports the Director and the Administrative Coordinator by staffing the reception desk to act as the school’s interface with the student body and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask.

Experience using a Macintosh computer with knowledge of Excel, Word, Banner and Cognos.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge of YouCanBookme, Banner, and Banweb.
