Kforce has a client in search of a Payroll Analyst in Portland, OR.Summary:Although the focus is mainly on payroll functions, a keen understanding of all accounting practices is necessary for this administrative position. The candidate compiles accurate records of timesheets within a software system, computes earnings and withholds mandatory amounts such as taxes or benefits. Accuracy and attention to detail are required.

• Strong payroll and garnishment experience - 2 years minimum

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

• Prefer Peoplesoft and Oracle HCM experience

• Inquisitive, adaptable, and quick to learn new tasks

• Ability to work in both an office and work-from-home scenario (Position will begin in the office)
