Introduction to the team
The Proposal Production Coordinator is a key support member of our dynamic national proposal team. They are responsible for producing accurate, compliant proposal drafts. Drafts produced by the Proposal Production Coordinator will be shared with other resurces for further editing and finalization. The Proposal Production Coordinator will at times assist with additional edits and finalization of the initial drafts they produce. The Proposal Production Coordinator will work closely with members of the proposal team, and serve as a proposal knowledge resource for executive assistants and word processing teams across the firm. Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and format proposal drafts in Microsoft Word with speed and accuracy
Assist with updating and maintaining proposal content, including boilerplate descriptions and resumes
Understand and implement quality control standards related to formatting, writing style, grammar and spelling, and brand look and feel
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Word
Good organizational and problem solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
High attention to detail and accuracy; with strong proofreading skills
This position may require some overtime hours

Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): 39,000 - 47,000
