Aerotek Receptionist in Portland, Oregon

Seeking a Receptionist for an in person role, position will be in Milwaukie, OR.


  • Greet visitors to building

  • Answer phones

  • Filing – PO’s, shop drawings, invoices

  • Utilize company database to produce Bills of Material Report and job costing

  • Daily use of Excel

  • Clear customer invoices. Mail and e-mail out invoices to customers

  • Sort incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate recipient

  • Other duties as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience working in an administrative/office capacity

  • Needs basic Excel skills (no pivot tables, mostly data entry and formatting)

  • Ability to learn multi-line phone system and to handle calls in a courteous and professional manner

  • Filing – both alphabetically and numerically

  • Basic Excel and computer skills

  • Accuracy with numbers

  • Ability to utilize Word, email, fax and copy machine

  • Willingness to help coworkers with workload when necessary, and desire to learn

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent attendance, a must
