Aerotek Registration Representative in Portland, Oregon

Description:

Looking for a Registration Representative to check in patients who are scheduled for the COVID-19 vaccination.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Professional customer service skills, including well demonstrated skill in verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to use MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

  • Ability to use databases to search for information, enter data in spreadsheets; pull reports that have been created; submit confidential information electronically through secure channels.

  • Demonstrated ability to employ sound critical thinking skills, manage competing demands and prioritize work appropriately.

  • Ability to handle fast paced work, i.e. multiple workers checking in for shift at the same time; maintaining a calm demeanor and the ability to maintain focus when under pressure.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated professional judgment and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to professionally and calmly manage interruptions.

  • Experience working in an environment that manages confidential information.

  • Ability to collaborate as a team member.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service

  • 1+ office/administrative experience or front desk experience

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
