Remote Call Center Agent

Randstad is looking for remote customer service representatives that are interested in a high volume call center support role. As a CSR you will handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical issues to assist customers. We have full and part-time openings available for day and night shifts. Responsibilities

• Ability to type accurately (20+ words a minute)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Regular attendance and punctuality and extremely important in this role

• Stellar customer follow up

• Conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation
