Description
We have a great opportunity for a highly-skilled, driven Sales Assistant who is passionate about expanding their career. As the Sales Assistant, you be joining the Business Development team where you'll play a key role in the success of the business. Your responsibilities in this role
Conducting and coordinating meetings for new and existing clients
Performing outbound calls to customers and clients
Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, assisting with account creation and management
Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and professional attitude
Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks
Ensuring process completion by assisting with coordinating orders
Assisting the sales department in promoting company products and services
Preparing communications and proofreading documents
Requirements
2+ years of Customer Service or Sales experience preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Office Suite
General familiarity with Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Deep understanding of handling Inbound Calls
Outbound Sales proficiency
Ability to type 45 - 60 words per minute
Proven knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors
Employer prefers a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field for this position
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
