Senior Manager HRIS - Service System Support

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation :

Drive the implementation of the global HR System Roadman in North America and ensure planning of resources, budget and global involvement for NAM HR system demand. Manage the HR System Support NAM team which is responsible for the implementation, continuous improvement and support of the adidas HR systems in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive local HR system implementations and manage & support global HR system implementations, releases and changes in alignment with HR Solutions and Global IT

  • Analyze, gather, prioritize and translate HR Business requirements into IT solutions in cooperation with Global IT

  • Drive the implementation of the HR Strategy within HR System Support & HR Services

  • Ensure HR system authorizations, HR system implementations and HR data feeds comply with the data model as well as global and local data protection and data privacy regulations

  • Analyze and resolve HR system and interface issues in coordination with Global IT

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing

  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing / execution of HR system authorization requests and audits

  • Provide customer service oriented HR system support to the HR organization as well as Employees

  • Ensure high level of HR data integrity and validity by conducting HR system audits and HR system user trainings

  • Oversee recurring and ad hoc reports provided by the HR System Support Team / Provide report building guidance within HR Services

  • Support the HR organization by providing HR system user manuals, guidelines and trainings

  • Create, administrate and execute SAP HR Master Data Uploads

  • Establish continuous improvement mindset and identify enhancement opportunities for HR systems and processes

  • Participate in regular information exchange and feedback sessions with HR Solutions, HR System Support and Global IT

  • Responsible for supervision and people management within the HR System Support team:

  • Develop and grow the HR System Support team members

  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the HR System Support team as well as the entire HR organization

  • Set clear targets in alignment with the HR & Company strategy

  • Ensure high level of performance, target and KPI achievements

  • Responsible for North America HR system vendor management

Requisite Education:

  • Bachelor´s degree required

  • 8+ years of work experience within the field of HR IT systems

  • 3+ years of experience working in an International Company

  • High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions and SAP-HR

  • Expertise on Project Management

  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications

  • Experience in leading and managing Teams
