Responsible for performing the coordination and preparation of document packages for regulatory compliance from all areas of the company, as well as doing regulatory interpretations of proposed statutes, among other duties to support and advise the team.
Regulatory Interpretation of proposed statutes.
Compiles all materials required in submissions, license renewal and annual registrations.
Advises internal departments of changes of regulatory compliance.
Monitors and improves tracking regulatory systems.
Keeps abreast of regulatory procedures and changes.
Directs and interacts with regulatory agencies on defined matters.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
College degree preferred
2+ years regulatory compliance experience within the healthcare industry highly preferred
