TEC Equipment, Inc. Lead Warehouse Associate in Redmond, Oregon

Come grow with us! Our Redmond, Oregon location is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to join our Parts Department. We are offering a great schedule working in a newer warehouse. We practice promoting from within and are seeking candidates who are interested in creating a solid career. Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, desire to learn, attention to detail, and organizational skills in this entry level role, can find future career opportunities in Parts Counter Sales and Outside Parts Sales teams.

  • Accurately receive various shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight, etc.), count, record, and stock inventory in warehouse.

  • Verify counts against invoices, orders, and other records; maintain receiving, return, delivery, and shipping records.

  • Pull parts for customers. Will call, delivery, and service department.

  • Work with sales and delivery team to insure parts are delivered on time and efficiently.

  • Ensure parts are clean and presentable; maintain clean and organized warehouse icluding quartley cycle counts of inventory.

  • Drive in safe and alert manner at all times, following all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain distribution log/tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.

  • Maintain consistent communication with Parts Manager and team members to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer service.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in parts warehouse or equivalent.

  • Forklift certification or able to become forklift certified, and able to operate forklift.

  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

  • Flexibility in schedule.

  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and meet all other physical demands of the job in safe and alert manner (job requires frequent lifting/moving, climbing, stooping, kneeling, seeing, grasping, etc.).

  • Valid driver’s license.
