Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics Epic HIM Analyst II - Revenue Cycle in Salem, Oregon

Your Role With Us:
You will apply your strong conceptual skills and technical expertise to support and maintain the software utilized in Health Information Management workflows, including the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support within their Epic Revenue Cycle module.
Core Functions:
Plan, Analyze, design, implement, test, debug and maintain Epic software applications
Perform analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents not resolved by the user or tier I support.
Assist in producing knowledge articles, architecture documents, and strategic plans as needed to guide the technical strategy of the department.
Responsible for maintaining system integrity
Background/Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Health care preferred OR eight years related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of two (2) years of Epic related experience required.
Experience in an Epic Revenue Cycle application preferred
Minimum of one (1) Epic Certification with current NVT required.
Epic Revenue Cycle certification preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Epic Certified analyst/builder is required with experience with one or more of the following modules preferred:
Resolute Hospital Billing
Resolute Professional Billing
HIM Deficiency Tracking
HIM Release of Information
HIM Hospital Coding
HIM Identity
Cadence
Prelude
Grand Central
Referrals and Authorizations
