Senior UX Designer

We're hiring a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of work. You can either be remote (based in the U.S.) or on site at our Bellevue, WA headquarters and will report to the UX Design Manager.

You will:

• Gain an understanding of user needs and goals, and work with your team to address them

• Work with product and engineering teams to launch features based on an understanding of user needs, business goals and technical constraints

• Create task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other interaction design deliverables

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user and team feedback

• Design beautiful interfaces that make emotional connections with users

• Provide assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation of your designs throughout the development process

You have:

• 5+ years experience designing experiences for complex, data-driven web and mobile applications

• Experience conducting usability testing and facilitating activities to gather insights on user needs and goals

• Designed simple solutions for complex problems

• A portfolio that shows your design processes, how you work with others, and a solid foundation in interaction and visual design

• Experience with prototyping as a means to iterate and communicate designs with a broader team

• An ability to advocate for the user and explain your design decisions
