You will apply your superior interpersonal and management skills to serve as a professional leader and an important resource for staff. Your excellent knowledge base of processes and regulations, and continuous readiness will help us to maintain patient care and safety as a top priority.
Actively drives a culture where every action is completed with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and care to patients, families, employees, partners of Salem Health
Provide advice, training and feedback to employees for the purpose of developing potential, enhancing performance, and aligning goals within the organization
Manage strategic direction of Sterile Processing Department collaborating with departmental supervisors and upper management to ensure departmental goals are aligned with overall organizational objectives.
Bachelors’ Degree in healthcare, biological sciences, or related field required.
Minimum of three (3) years of sterile processing OR operating room experience required.
Prior supervisory experience in a related environment required.
