Use your talents in building relationships and database management to help their members and build a professional network in a thriving and growing industry.   • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Proven computer skills

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

  • Good understanding of 10 Key Accounting

  • Experience with numeric data entry

  • Background working with Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH

  • General familiarity with records maintenance

  • Strong familiarity with alphanumeric data entry

  • Report generation experience highly valued

  • Comprehension of customer service

  • Adeptness in proofreading

  • Earlier work involving typing over 60 words per minute

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Previous experience working with Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • Demonstrated knowledge of email

  • Numeric over 10,000 KPH experience

  • Practical knowledge of internet

  • Customer service experience experience highly preferred
