A nationally recognized manufacturing company located in Tigard, Oregon, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is full-time, in-office and will start out temporary with the possibility to be hired on, based on future business needs.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Apply customer payments on account in Oracle

• Follow up with customers via email regarding skipped and past due invoices

• Upload invoices to customer portals

• Respond to customer inquiries on account including requests for statements of account, invoice copies, confirmations of payments received, etc

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts receivable as listed above

• Prior experience working in ERPs such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.

• Intermediate Excel proficiency

• Attention to detail

• Positive attitude

• Respectful approach to customers and coworkers
