What you can expect:
Numotion is seeking aRegional Service Manager (RSM)to join our growing team. The RSM will support multiple locations in a given territory to implement strategic initiatives designed to meet company objectives. The RSM will also work with branch service management to identify opportunities for improvement for the Service and Repair locations within the assigned territory. In addition, the RSM supervises branch service management to meet company goals including targets for service and repair revenue, intake to completion times, and customer service.
Supervises Service Managers, holding them accountable to company standards for customer service, quality productivity, and timelines of branch service departments.
Trains and directs service managers in providing repair services to customers assuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Responsible for all aspects of Regional Service and Repair departments
Responsible for universal service and repair processes within the region.
Travels between locations within assigned region to reduce service backlog (install/delivery)
Leads by example and portrays the highest level of professionalism
Commits to maintaining technical mastery of all relevant equipment
Communicates field issues to regional and branch management
Demonstrates and implements Numotion Service & Repair best practices
Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines
Assists Regional Vice President in implementation of best practices and participates in branch improvement activities
What you need to succeed:
To be successful as a Regional Service Manager with Numotion you’ll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients through cold calling, referrals, regular follow-up, and other creative techniques. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once – time management in this role is vital.
High School diploma/GED required.
Three to five years previous related experience strongly preferred.
Superior technical knowledge of complex rehab technology
Must possess valid State Driver’s License, and acceptable driving record.
Must be willing and able to travel and work away from home branch
Knowledge of basic computer related skills such as using the internet, and e-mail software.
History of successful management strategies and effective service processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to follow standard safety procedures and regulations.
