This position will support our Costpoint Product (https://www.deltek.com/en/products/project-erp/costpoint), and provide first level Customer Care for customer inquiries received via the internet and phone.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing the nature of customer problems and resolves low severity Customer Care issues. For the most complex issues, moves customer to appropriate application specialist.

  • Operating under moderate supervision.

  • Meeting objectives set by the Customer Care Manager

  • Focusing on learning the general areas of the product

  • Contributing to knowledge base article creation and link to cases when appropriate

  • Providing quality customer service

  • Following documented case handling guidelines with some coaching\\supervision

Work Location:US Portland, OR Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma/Certification in IT or Service Related Discipline

  • 12 months of experience in a related field required, 1-3 years highly desired

  • Proven experience with providing customer support via the phone or internet

  • Experience with SQL Technologies highly desired
