Order Picker

We are searching for new and experienced material handlers and order pickers for a leading medical supplies warehouse in Wilsonville, OR. This company is open to candidates with and without experience, but good attendance and a willingness to move quickly is needed! This position includes a very competitive pay package. Pay starts at $16.35 but includes consistent raises every 6 months upon conversion. After 18 months with the company, pay is raised to $20 an hour! Additionally, individual productivity bonuses are included for all associates. The right candidate should be comfortable moving quickly, have good attention to detail, and great attendance. Responsibilities

• Find, pick, and fulfill customer orders.

• Utilize handheld RF scanners to navigate warehouse floor and fill orders.

• Transport materials like pallets, totes, and equipment as needed.

• Keep shipping on time by filling in as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 9 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
