Aerotek Project Coordinator in Wilsonville, Oregon
Generating and typing up reports for Inspectors and Technicians.
Maintaining records, general documentation
Coordinating schedules of Technicians and Inspectors
Provide Technicians and Inspectors with Project plans
Email and phone correspondence on Mike's behalf
Process background checks for employees on certain jobs
Written and verbal communication with clients and subs
Purchasing equipment for field and lab employees
answering phones in office when free
-Helping write lab reports when needed
- Manipulating templates in AutoCAD (can learn this but CAD exp is a plus)
** The ability to seek out tasks and connect the dots on what needs to get done is critical!! This person needs to be motivated to find out places they can help and create value.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree with 2+ years experience is highly preferred. Degree will help prove written communication capability.
Degree in Construction or engineering related is not a must. Open to other degrees and work experience. Someone with a background in Construction/Engineering would be a plus that way they understand the pace, industry, etc.
Experience writing formal reports and coordinating with owners/subs/other companies is a big plus. Proposal writing background, coordination background.
Ability to multitask and seek out projects/tasks.
Work well under low supervision.
Able to communicate well.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a MUST. Word, excel, powerpoint,etc.
-Experience with CAD or the desire to learn the basic functions of CAD. They could be asked to learn how to manipulate templates or share files in CAD.
